## Logement
Located on the 4th floor with an elevator, the apartment includes:
- two bedrooms, with a double bed and a sofa bed, perfect for welcoming friends or family.
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- 1 bathroom and 1 shower room;
- and a lounge area with a sofa to relax after a day of walking.

Guests can enjoy views of the garden and the Eiffel Tower from the balcony of the rooms.

You will have everything at your disposal to have a great stay, namely: fridge, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, TV, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, microwave, oven, iron, etc.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The residence in which the apartment is located is quiet and secure, with guards present.
There are many shops and restaurants nearby, as well as several metro lines (6, 12 and 10) and bus lines (39, 70 and 89) to help you get around the city.
A supermarket "Carrefour City" is also just a 6-minute walk away, which is convenient for your daily shopping.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the emblematic places of the city, such as:
- The lively Montparnasse district with its cinemas and restaurants can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
- The Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, the Rodin Museum and Sainte-Chapelle can be reached in about 20 minutes by metro.
- The Louvre, Beaubourg, the Sacré-Cœur, the Montmartre district, Pigalle, the Abbesses, the Opera and the department stores can be reached in about 30 minutes by metro, and much more.

## Emplacement
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
