Quiet neighborhood, Private bedrooms, Master bedroom with shower and soaking tub with a private toilet room. Two additional full bathrooms, with the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms sharing one in a "Jack & Jill" configuration. We keep a clean & comfortable living room with a 60" smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Home includes fresh linens, bedding, washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi. We also offer many small countertop appliances. The property features a private pool with screened enclosure and large yard with a privacy fence. Pool has solar heating and is maintained weekly. There is a security Camra on the driveway only. We are minutes from local attractions and a quick hour and a half from both coasts for the beach!

Warm Grandsons Baseball Week
It was very clean. Separate master bedroom so convenient for friends sharing the house. The pool was awesome but we didn't get to enjoy it much. Next time hopefully we will. Lockbox key provided easy access. Would a lockbox for a remote to the garage be possible too? And what about providing a few supplies like toilet paper, dish and dishwasher soap, better quality hand soap in the bathrooms. Otherwise, this place is awesome!!! Thanks a lot.

Our family lives in the Central Florida area and the home is a short distance. We have a large family and this gives us the option as well to visit and feel at home. We check and do maintenance before repairs are needed it’s in immaculate condition.
