The multi-level guest house offers two distinct units. The upper studio, complete with its kitchen and fireplace, boasts a private deck and a sumptuous king bed adorned with luxury linens. Meanwhile, the lower unit presents a full bathroom, two full beds in bunk formation, a spacious living room area with a TV, and a private deck—all showcasing exceptional views. Note that these guest units are independent and do not offer interior access to each other.

This is a rural property of 7+ acres. Poison oak may be found in certain areas, please adhere to paths when walking the property.  The natural vegetation also contains plants/fungus that may be poisonous to dogs; for your pooch's safety, please adhere to our NO pets policy. .

Great Location in wine country
The property was secluded yet very accessible to many of the wineries located in Healdsburg. Would definitely recommend as a stay for anyone travelling to that area.

Great Wine Country Stay
Amazing property not far from Downtown Healdsburg! Great for having a group of friends stay together, the two houses combine for a wonderful stay and the pool hot-tub deck combo were a great amenity. Highly recommended.

Quiet and peaceful nature
This house is set in greenery. Views from every window, and birds in every tree. We were a party of 4 couples - everyone had their own bedroom with a double bunk bed in the extra room. The bunk bed room has no access to the suite above it, so would not be ideal for younger children and the windows in this room were lacking window coverings so if the people in this room are OK waking with the sun, it’s not a problem. Outside areas are clean, and can accommodate many gatherings of 6 to 10 people. Pool is beautiful. Property manager very responsive and helpful. We will definitely return this property. Also, house manual has all the info you might need! Fully recommend this property (and a visit to the nearby family- owned Mounts winery)

Spectacular Property
Pricey but worth every penny. Wonderful spot of a special Birthday Day gathering with friends and family. Lovely private grounds. Nice pool. Abundant wildlife- foxes, herons, hawks, oh my! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

Amazing Property Both Interior and Exterior
Spent the long Thanksgiving weekend at this property for something more than the traditional holiday experience. And the stay far exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculate, well appointed & offered more than the listed amenities. The surrounding property was magical from sunrise to sunset. It offered manicured landscaping and serene, lighted, rock-lined paths throughout its 7 acres w/fishing pond. Pool & spa w/surrounding pool deck & lounging chairs was inviting even though the weather prohibited use this time of year. Separate guest house with two separate private large units (upper unit had a full kitchen) offered more flexibility and comfort for larger families/groups & was located just across the driveway. The main house had a huge primary bedroom and bathroom, 1/2 bath, plus 2 additional bedrooms w/comfortable beds & a shared bathroom on the opposite side of the house. The bedrooms were separated by the central living space. The living/great room w/large windows let in spectacular views of the property's oak trees & the Sonoma hills beyond! Stepping outside the patio doors is a Koi pond, dining & seating areas with gas firepit & drop dead views of the property and beyond. Kitchen was fully equipped. The heating system was a minor issue. The guest bedrooms side of the house would only get warm when the heat was above 73 degrees, making the primary bedroom side way too hot to be comfortable. Obviously, this is not an issue in warmer months. We will return!
