Whats not to love right? How about various outlets that dont work like the 1 the coffee maker is plugged in, we moved the whole thing & it worked. Or air conditioning that continues to blow hot air. Our room 75°, that we thought was hot, we put the A/C on 55° & in 15 minutes it was 77°. We finally turned the whole thing off. Opened the windows their 2" & were warm all night.

Location was great for what we needed. Broadway, Times Square, etc. Lot of space for NYC! Would definitely stay here again
