About this property

Lakefront Cabin Private Dock & Outdoor Bar between Munising & Manistique

Unwind with your friends and family at the beautiful Big Kidd Cabin. Featuring a spacious open floor plan, (3) cozy bedrooms, full kitchen, bath and indoor/outdoor bar. The Bar is our favorite spot in the cabin. Use all hours of the night, and enjoy coffee and breakfast the next morning while gazing out onto the peaceful lake. (2) smart TV's, Highspeed WIFI, JBL Party Speaker, Pellet stove inside for heat, Pellet grill outdoors for cooking, Fire Pit, bean bag boards, toys, bounce house and sand box for the kids! Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: Airfryer, Keurig, Coffee Pot, toaster and blender. Bathroom has towels, shampoo/ conditioner/soap and blow-dryer. Large dock, so you can enjoy endless hours of catching bluegill, large mouth bass, and northern. Available Free for use a Sit Up Paddle Boat, (2) adult kayaks, (2) child kayaks, and a metal john boat. Being on Highway 13 gives you endless trails for riding. Munising is a 30 minute drive north, and Manistique is 20 minutes East. Right in the middle of it all.

Will also allow a camper to be parked on the property for an additional fee, just message ahead of time!

There are two surveillance cameras: one on the corner of the garage facing the front door entrance and another at back of property facing our pontoon boat.

Great location, wonderful time!
This was our second visit in 2 years and we enjoyed it even more. The updates since our last visit were great. Great location to get to all the sites in Manistique and Munising.

Great stay
We had a wonderful time and the hosts were great. I forgot to retain the passcode info for check in and then had no wifi/connection to look up the info so we had to drive up the road a ways until we had cell service (this was totally my fault) so friendly reminder to remember to get the information so this doesn't happen to you! Thanks for the great visit to the UP!

We are a family of 4, with 2 small children. Just looking to rent out our cabin we love since it does stay vacant a few weeks a month due to work schedules. Available for questions during your stay, no question or request too small!

Why they chose this property

We loved this cabin for the charm, not a big upkeep, nice and cozy. I didn't want a giant lodge to have to clean and upkeep nonstop... Also located on HWY 13 with all the local trails to ride and a beautiful lake. We spend little time indoors while here, the lake and trails are where we always are.

What makes this property unique

The custom Outdoor/Indoor Bar is a crowd pleaser! We have enjoyed too many cold ones here, and they kids love to eat breakfast there every morning.
