The vacation house with swimming pool (heated) consists of three small apartments on the upper floor and one apartment in the basement. The floors are connected by external stairs, with the apartments on the upper floor accessible through the terrace. One room is a passage room. On the first floor are kitchen, living room and dining area, as well as a recreation room with fitness equipment. There is a barbecue next to the pool. The walls and fence in the small garden provide privacy.
