Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, 2 swimming pools heated (8 x 4 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, roof terrace, washing machine. 90 m long steep motor access to the house. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, pebble beach 7.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 29 km from the property. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Pool, Whirlpool, Outdoor Küche und auch Innen alles wie auf den Bildern. In der Küche ist die Ausstattung sehr gut. Es sind 4 Schlafzimmer mit 9 Schlafplätzen, der 10. muss aufs Sofa. Haus ist super schön gelegen und ruhig. Anfahrt zum Haus etwas abenteuerlich. Sehr schöner Badeplatz ca. 7km entfernt in Novo Vinodolski mit großem kostenpflichtigem Parkplatz. Auch für Wanderungen der perfekte Ausgangspunkt. Wir waren begeistert.

Für 9 Personen optimal aber nicht für 10 oder das Sofa im Wohnzimmer muss erneuert werden,das alte ist ziemlich abgenutzt. Draußen die Außenküche/Kühlschrank muss aussortiert und gründlich vom Dreck,Staub und Spinnweben geputzt werden,schließlich wird dort gegessen!! Im großen und ganzen das Haus ist schön nur die Ordnung und Sauberkeit schwächelt.

schönes Ferienhaus
Das Haus selbst ist super, genauso wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern. Unten sind zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, oben zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Die Lage ist allerdings sehr abgelegen, das muss man wollen. Ohne Auto kommt man nirgendwo hin, es geht steil bergauf auf Straßen die den Namen schon nicht mehr verdienen. Zu erwähnen sind auch die freilaufenden Hunde die nachts schon mal stundenlang bellen. Wem das nichts ausmacht ist hervorragend untergebracht.

Perle in den Bergen
Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Das Konzept ist voll aufgegangen. Sowohl der Wohbbereich als auch die Schlafräume und Bäder sind geschmackvoll und den modernen Ansprüchen genügen, eingerichtet. Der Pool und Grillbereich runden den positiven Eindruck ab.
