Splash Fun Resort is located on the West end of the beach. 9th-floor condo. Tons of family fun at Splash Resort and plenty of water entertainment to keep the kids busy. Come visit the water theme park for the kids, outdoors with a poolside grill, bar, and lazy river. This condo at Splash Resort offers two bedrooms & two baths. In the master, you have a view of the emerald green waters & white sand that this area is known for. Beach chairs are included for your enjoyment. There is a $25 armband & parking pass due upon arrival. Keyless entry no contact check-in. See you soon on the world's most beautiful beaches!! Two beach chairs are included.

The person booking the unit must be 25 or over to book and must be present during check-in.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communicating with Emerald Beach was easy. I was able to simply text if I had a quick question. The condo was clean & exactly as displayed online. Appliances were new & I love that it included a W&D. Checkin & checkout was easy. The only negative, is I wish the gym were better, but that is a reflection of the Splash HOA, not the rental company. Would rent from them again.
