This adorable light and bright 2 bedrooms and 2 bath condo is the perfect retreat. Enjoy the gorgeous golf course views from your living area, and owners' suite. Spacious rooms, glassed-in lanai, and first floor entrance. The condo comes with two golf memberships at Highpoint golf course which is a 9-hole par 3 course (golf course renovation will be complete October 15). Members enjoy no greens fee and no tee times and guest fees are stunningly low. The community also has a beautiful clubhouse, tennis courts, bocci ball, and several swimming pools to enhance your Naples lifestyle.

This FIRST floor condo is VERY CLEAN and can sleep 4 comfortably. Condo includes free WIFI, cable TV, tastefully furnished and equipped with plenty of fresh linens, towels, utensils, in unit washer/dryer and brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances.

It is amazingly only 14 blocks from the beautiful white sand beaches and pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is located just one mile from the largest mall in Naples and two miles from the world famous 5th, Avenue in Old Naples.
