Find a true escape in the luxe comfort of this snowbird-friendly home! This impressive home away from home enjoys a welcoming, air-conditioned living room that has been comfortably furnished with guests' comfort in mind. The open kitchen features full-size appliances, plenty of stone counter space, and a prep island that doubles as a casual breakfast bar for four guests. If you'd rather grill, there's a private gas grill available for guests to use. Guests of this home can also enjoy access to a shared infinity pool during their stay!

Family-friendly by design, the main bedroom is set apart from the others to maintain guest privacy. Upon entering through the front door, guests can just turn left to find the first set of bedrooms. The first bedroom (on the left) features a front yard view, and the second bedroom next door features an additional ceiling fan. Across the hall, the third bedroom features extra seating and a ceiling fan. The hallway full bathroom (complete with double sinks and a shower/tub combination) can serve the guests of these three rooms. The fourth bedroom of the home is just off the living room space - this main bedroom suite features an en suite bathroom that includes double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. Each bedroom features a mounted flatscreen TV for personalized viewing while winding down for the day.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
