New 3-bedroom barrier-free modern detached house

Have fun with the whole family in this spacious and stylish 3-bedroom house. Barrier-free access for those who do not want to navigate stairs. 2 outdoor parking spaces, one of which handicapped accessible. Super convenient neighborhood, with the I-5 minutes away to whisk you to UW, downtown Seattle, etc. Premium finishes throughout, brand new house completed in 2021. High-speed internet, in-house laundry, gourmet kitchen, etc. You’ll be well taken care of and you'll love this place.
The space
Modern yet cozy, this detached house is located at the back of this three-unit property. Open floor plan just feels refreshingly spacious. No stairs, and bedrooms and bathrooms designed for accessibility. Finishes, fixtures, and furniture are all of premium quality and curated meticulously by the owner.
Guest access
Two outdoor parking spaces. The one next to the ramp is dimensioned to be an accessible space. Access to the unit is through a driveway next to the garage of Unit A.

Please do not disturb the owner of the Unit A at the front of the property.

Great House in Seattle
Amazing stay at this property. It was exactly as described, and so cute! Perfect for a group of friends in town for the weekend. Public transportation was close and easy to navigate, and there were lots of yummy places to eat in the area. Also a grocery store in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

generational stay
Our family generational stay at your property worked quite well. Although sleep arrangements were a little awkward, we had to use the couch which wasn't that comfortable. Otherwise, cooking family meal in kitchen worked well. Convenience to bakery was wonderful-we walked! Driving to downtown was convenient.
