A newly built, luxurious and fully equipped condo in the gated community Gold Coast, prepared to host your perfect vacation in Aruba. The condo boasts a modern style interior with a plethora of amenities to make for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The condo houses 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep 6 guests. It is fully air conditioned, provides high quality furniture, appliances, linen, High speed WIFI, flat screen Smart TV’s and much more. The open kitchen, dining area and spacious living room are the ultimate place to relax. The master bedroom provides a king sized bed, en suite bathroom and walk in closet. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom, one with a king sized bed and the other with two twin beds.

The private garden houses a swimming pool, barbecue/outdoor kitchen, cabana and dining area which can be accessed through the sliding doors in the living room, the kitchen and the master bedroom.

Gold Coast is a gated community, with 24/7 security, in the prestigious Malmok area of Aruba. All guests can access Gold Coast facilities, free of charge, including 3 large community swimming pools, gym, 2 tennis court and the clubhouse. At the clubhouse there is also a wonderful restaurant.

Please note: at the moment an apartment complex and new road is being built on the back side / patio side of the condo. We want you to be aware there is potential construction noise.
This construction noise will end most likely in November 2024.
We do offer lower rates at this moment, but there are no refunds for constructions noise.

Mini Oasis
First, let me start by saying this was such a wonderful find. The condo is even better in person. The property is a great size and will sleep 6 comfortably. We had all of the amenities stated in the description. The property manager Petra was amazing. She is very thorough and thinks of little touches that some rentals are lacking...such as welcome snacks,waters,drinks etc. There were a 2 things that were not a 10. 1 would be the construction right in the back of the unit. The noise level was not loud and you only noticed it if you were outside by the pool. It was not a deal breaker for us because we were gone early and back late, however I could see how this would be an eyesore and intrusive when you're trying to enjoy the pool early in the day. 2. There were ants getting in, possibly under the door. My husband sprayed twice a day for a few days and that seemed to have done the trick. Overall it is a fantastic property and we will for sure be back to this property and other properties that Petra manages.

Aewsome stay
We really loved staying at Petra's place it was very clean with all of the amenities we needed. Having the pool was fantastic and we were very close to the ocean and restaurants. Petra was a huge help in letting us change our dates since we had an issue getting a passport. Overall we had a great time in Aruba and in Petra's home.

Amazing stay in Aruba
We had been in Aruba for our daughters wedding, so had a week in a hotel and we were ready to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The Gold Coast Villa was the most perfect place to do that - we had a fantastic stay there. Property manager, Petra was super helpful before we arrived, she even arranged a Christmas tree for us. The check in and welcome was perfect and she gave us all the information we needed to make our arrival easy. The Villa is beautiful - perfectly equipped with everything you need for a stay, the pool, BBQ and gardens really lovely. It was the best way for us to celebrate Christmas and relax with our family. We would go back in a heartbeat. We would definitely recommend you have a hire car but Petra provided us with taxi info.

Perfect vacation home
This property was perfect for our group. It has everything you need. We loved having the pool in the back. It was great to be able to just cool off in the water whenever we wanted. The property is even better than it looks in the photos. I would for sure rent this property again.
