Réservation instantanée, pas de nouvelle de l’hôte, réservation annulée par Abritel le jour j. Malgré un support client très réactif de la part d’Abritel, rien n’a été vérifié sur cette annonce, ni la véracité de l’annonce, ni les coordonnées de l’hôte (faut numéro accessible uniquement après paiement). Abritel m’a indiqué que la première nuit à l’hôtel était pris en charge à leur frais mais aucun hôtel disponible dans cette zone géographique pour cette période (offre valable dans un rayon de 20km). Étant donné que nous étions sur la route pour nous rendre à notre location, nous avons dû faire plus de 150 km pour trouver un autre hébergement… une horreur
