Brand new ultra clean 2 bedroom 2 bath house in the newest section of the Villages- The village of St. Catherine ! Be a part of the newest attractions while staying at my home. Come this fall of 2021, a 5 minute walk to Sawgrass marketplace, Irish Pub and Ezell recreational center. Neighborhood pool available now! Pickleball courts, championship golf course and nightly entertainment just a short drive away! Right off the main road that leads you to Brownwood Square by car or golf cart. (golf cart not included)

Wonderful Quiet neighborhood
The property was immaculate, and the owners were easy to reach with any questions. The neighborhood was a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and had a nice community pool a couple of blocks away. I would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again.

Wonderful Home
The property inside and out was beautiful. The Villages has everything you could ever want and need. No reason to ever leave the area. Nightly entertainment at all the squares with a wide variety of restaurants. Great stay! Will return!

Perfect place
Three adults stayed here...perfectly clean and convenient. Owner was very responsive...check in extremely easy. Way cheaper than a hotel with more room and conveniences. Great decor too.

Beautiful Home
My husband and I felt at home in this immaculately clean home! I usually have a tiny bit of anxiety about cleanliness wherever I stay, not so here! We will be back here for our next stay when I visit my Dad!
