Villa Morotin Upper Level, Caribbean Villa In Divers Paradise

2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath upstairs villa in the Perla Boneriano gated community. Our home is bright, clean and airy with a very good trade wind breeze coming through the windows and across the upstairs balcony. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a meal and gorgeous sunsets. Both bedrooms have two beds each that can be pushed together or separated. We offer a laundry room with washer and a drying rack is provided as well as cleaning supplies.

The villa will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure.
When staying 12 nights or more a mid stay cleaning will be performed unless you prefer not to be disturbed.

Condo looks over the community pool and mature palm tree garden. Diver friendly with a dive rinse tank and shower on ground floor. We are located in the Hato area and 10 minutes walk to Eden beach and the Dive Friends Dive Pier is across the street at Sand Dollar Resort. Spa, drugstore, bookstore and cafes next door. Everything you need within a 10 minute walk!

Our normal check out time is 10 AM but we aim to be as flexible as possible. If no other guests check in the day you leave a late check out is no problem.

Relaxation in Bonaire
We enjoyed our stay at Villa Morotin. The location was perfect. We always felt safe (not that Bonaire isn't safe). The villa was comfortable. We would have liked to have a few more comfy chairs to sit outside on but that is just our preference.

Excellent stay
Villa Morotin In the Perla Boneriano gated community was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The photos and descriptions on VRBO are accurate and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit had everything we needed. Although Bonaire is not a large island anyway, the villa was conveniently located near restaurants and dive shops and dive sites on the north side About 5 to 10 minutes into the downtown area or to the airport depending on traffic and the time of day. Communication with the owners was efficient and helpful with recommendations. The on-island property contact, Vanessa, was great and also responsive to our questions. Would definitely return.

Drei traumhafte Wochen auf Bonaire
Meine Frau und ich sind um diese Jahreszeit normalerweise immer in Florida im Urlaub gewesen. Dieses Jahr konnten wir aufgrund des Travelban nicht in die USA einreisen, so dass wir uns einen alternativen Urlaub suchen mussten. Die Wahl fiel auf Bonaire und die schöne Villa von Lisa. Wir hatten wunderschöne drei Wochen in diesem Haus und sind schweren Herzens wieder nach Hause gefahren. Vor Ort war alles von Kelly und Jack (Hausverwaltung) organisiert. Diese sind einfach per whatsapp zu erreichen und kümmern sich umgehend. Der Checkin und der Checkout verliefen wie geschmiert. Wir werden jetzt im Wechsel nach Florida und Bonaire fliegen und hoffentlich wieder in Lisas Haus können. Danke an alle, die uns diesen schönen Urlaub ermöglicht haben.

We've been vacationing on Bonaire for the past 20 years because of the excellent diving, fantastic climate and the friendly atmosphere. We love to travel and have been lucky enough to see and enjoy several countries, however, In our hearts, we knew we would always return to the lovely island of Bonaire. Recently we made the decision to find a place of our own here and share it with others. If you decide to stay with us we sincerely hope you enjoy our home as well as the beautiful island of Bonaire.

We like the laid back atmosphere of a smaller community. Our neighbors are always friendly and helpful. Everything you need is within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

The upstairs villa Morotin has a nice "countryside" view and an amazing breeze that feels wonderful on warm days. Being in an upstairs apartment also gives you the added benefits of a little more privacy and security.
