Home is on a main artery connecting Fairhope to the Grand Hotel in Point Clear. The community park is across Church Street and there is a sidewalk to the Fairhope Pier, approximately 1/2 mile walk. Guests can walk two blocks to the central downtown of the Fairhope village.

I heart Fairhope, there is not another small town that beats the lifestyle provided. I am a full time Real Estate broker/ owner at Gumbo Realty. Mother of three who stays busy with work, friends and exploring new places. I love to travel and I hope to provide my guests with a comfortable home away from home while they explore my home, the Eastern Shore.

Why they chose this property

Rosebud's cottage is perfect for a family getaway, girls shopping and boys golfing/ fishing. Three bedrooms, two baths, split floor plan and ample laundry/ wet space will provide an easy backdrop to enjoy the many activities available within 30 miles.

What makes this property unique

Walkability is prime. The downtown park is across the street, Fairhope Pier/ Bayfront park is three blocks and the shopping and dinning of Downtown Fairhope is one block plus from the front door. Onsite parking is a bonus!
