Bright and quiet room Convenience location close to Malden Center T, Assembly shopping mall, 15-minute drive to Boston downtown., MIT and Harvard. Single family house, one and half Bath. Quite neighbors. The property is for not smoking, not event for one guest whom want a good neighbors and quiet sleep. Share kitchen and bathrooms. Please call the number to get the keys before you come in. Check in after 4pm and check out before 11am

Poor Quality
Sheets are from last guest not washed, probably because there’s no laundry in unit but had to go out to pay laundromat for $5 per time washing or drying. Bath was used like public toilet dirtiest kind, beard and pee were not cleaned after male tenant applied. Stove and dishwasher dead broken, only a cheap microwave survives.There is one tenant downstairs took my package in the morning and returned in the evening after being asked by the host.

Poor bed. New but just a wrapped foam pad on a futon plank frame. Shower was WW2 vintage !
