Come home to relax in our thoughtfully equipped 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home minutes away from the world famous falls. A 10 minute walk to the top of Clifton Hill, with tons of exciting attractions, must-try restaurants and lively bars. In the warmer months, enjoy the backyard with patio furniture and a BBQ.

We provide 3 beds, 2 pack n play cribs and 2 futons accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. There is an ensuite bathroom accessed from the master bedroom, an additional bathroom with tub/shower combination and a main floor powder room.

Our kitchen is equipped with all basic appliances and utensils for your use including coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, baking dishes and more.

We also provide a Smart TV with Netflix and other apps in the living room and a flat screen TV in the master bedroom with Roku. Note that you do need your own accounts for Netflix, though there are other free TV apps available.

Free unlimited wifi - 360 mbps

Onsite washer and dryer are available for your use.

Great location
Had a great stay with my family for the weekend. The location is fantastic. Just a short walk to Clifton hills and the falls . Perfect for a family Getaway .

Great location, clean home!
We loved this property, just minutes from the falls!! The home was well laid out, clean and bright, with a nice backyard to sit out and enjoy the beautiful weather. The only thing we didn’t expect was the amount of skunks, squirrels, and even a huge raccoon that came out every morning and evening. Definitely a family of skunks living nearby, but I’ve been told it is not uncommon. They minded their own business, but got a little too close for comfort for myself personally.. When we spoke to the owners about the skunks, they came the next day with some spray to deter them. It didn’t really work, but we appreciated them coming over to try! Overall, a great stay. We would stay again, skunks and all.

The house was plenty comfortable and convenient to all the activities in and around the Falls. Other than a day at the wineries, we kept the car parked in the driveway and walked everywhere. Would recommend the property to anyone looking for accommodations in the greater Falls area.
