Beautiful spacious cared for Home.
My family had an amazing vacation escaping from the Northern KY cold. It was a privilege to stay in this gorgeous well maintained home. My granddaughters almost lived in the heated pool and spa. The home was as presented and the host went out of her way to answer all questions and issues. We would love to stay here again.

Favorite Rental House Ever!!
Stayed two weeks in this beautiful home with an amazing pool and deck area. Karina, the host was fabulous and very much respected our stay, but was there to answer questions, if we we needed anything. I have been renting from VRBO for many many Years, this was my favorite house ever to rent. Rental was exactly as described and even better. Clean, well stocked kitchen, lots of extras amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash in all showers), lots of kitchen amenities. Extra appliances such as air fryer, rice cooker, crock pot, coffee press. Lots of towels and pool towels. The furniture on pool deck was great and very comfortable. The heated pool was a great size and allowed us to swim day and into the evening for the 2 weeks we were there. The hot tub was fabulous. Both pool and hot tub were able to be heated separately, which was a hugh plus. I would absolutely rent this house again. In fact, before my stay was over, I asked to rent for two weeks for same time next year (2025). However, to our disappointment the house was already rented. Karina promised to contact me upon an cancellation. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. We took lots of walks morning and late night without fear. Grocery and shopping stores were very close, we actually walked to a Publix store one day. I can't say enough about this gem of a house.

Beautiful Home and a Gracious Host
This was by far the best home that anyone traveling to Cape Coral area could have asked for. This well maintained and beautifully decorated home was just like being at home. The heated pool and hot tub made our stay even better. Karina was very attentive to all of our needs. The very few issues we had were handled immediately. While we were there, she added a new appliance, a convection oven/air fryer/microwave combination, which made cooking much easier. Looking forward to staying again!

Wonderful place for family time!
Our group of 5 adults and 2 children really enjoyed our stay at Karina's house! There was plenty of room for us to play games, swim, color, play with blocks that were at the house and watch movies and TV together! Our only issue was that we hadn't prepared to cook meals without an oven. But Karina brought storage containers, pots and utensils that we needed and we adjusted our menu to make good use of the microwave, grill, Instapot, rice cooker and sandwich grill that were provided. It should be noted in the description that there is no oven (the microwave is not also a convection oven) for preparing meals. However, the pool and hot tub area, pool table and outdoor fridge and fire table were more than impressive and we would definitely stay in this house again! The location was safe, quiet and convenient. Karina was the hostess with the mostest in every way!
