This property was very conveniently located to downtown Homer, the Spit, the local playground and skate park. It is perfectly sized for four adults, a child, and our pets.
Ted was great at responding to questions and making us feel welcome.
Ted Carter’s house was an excellent place to stay. From greeting us when we arrived to making sure our stay was great, Ted was a great host. Will definitely book there again next time we’re in Homer.

Why they chose this property
This property caught my eye after visiting Homer from Anchorage, Ak. I lived in Anchorage for one year. I just had to have it. It's a newer home overlooking the Kachemak Bay. The view is to die for, I couldn't resist.
