House is located directly on the beach, literally 3-4 houses away from the Surfside Fishing Pier & restaurants in Surfside Beach.
Enjoy this completely-renovated 2 BR/1BA and full Kitchen unit. The unit is upper Level. Enter from front stairs, Unit A is all on Upper Level. WIFI in every unit. Walk in and there is 1 bedroom with 1 King bed , dresser, closet . A flat screen TV, closet . A full bathroom with shower. Next is 2nd bedroom with 2 full beds, dresser, closet. Queen Sleeper in the living room, Kitchen and living room with WIFI and flat screen TV on Upper level. Open the back door onto direct Oceanfront Deck with Rocking chairs.
The unit comes with 2 parking spaces in private parking lot for the complex.

Surfside Beach is known as a family beach. It is centrally located, 10 minutes from Broadway at the Beach & attractions. Murrell's Inlet is nearby with some of the best Seafood Restaurants in the state! Walmart Supercenter in Surfside or Garden City about 1 mile away is open 24/7. No need to pack everything, you can buy the rest there! (I do!)
We rent pet friendly (dogs only) with $100 pet rent fee per pet. Dogs are permitted on Surfside Beach in mornings and evenings. Some dogs we do not accept. Please include pet breed and weight with inquiry. If your dog is not friendly around other dogs and kids, pet will not be permitted. We may request a photo of your pet. Flea medication required.
Close to many golf courses and mini golf courses where you can play all day for $5-6! Airport is just 6 miles away.
