About this property

Phoenix Tiny House at Badin Shores Resort, lake view, porch, pool, beach, marina

Welcome to Phoenix Tiny House at Badin Shores Resort, located on Badin Lake in the Uwharrie National Forest.
Phoenix is brand new and custom built. Our unique ‘bicycle themed’ tiny house is warm and welcoming with beautiful tongue and groove walls and ceilings. Amazing handmade leather furniture, fireplace and large TV create an inviting gathering place. Full size appliances, quartz countertops, quality dish ware and a fully stocked kitchen make meal preparation a breeze. The bathroom is roomy and has a walk-in shower with seating and glass door. After a fun day of all the activities that Badin Shores has to offer, a comfy queen size bed awaits. The bedroom has 2 closets with barn style doors, a dresser and TV.
Phoenix Tiny House boasts of a beautiful lake view, as well as The Uwharrie National Forest that can be enjoyed from the huge screen porch or open deck. We also have a lower deck with gas grill and bistro table. There is plenty of room for parking and only 3 steps to enter the screen porch. It’s a perfect couple’s getaway!
There is lots to do at Badin Shores Resort…swimming pool, basketball courts, playgrounds, beach area, fishing pier, boardwalk around lake, marina, Cheers Bar and Grill restaurant, horseshoes, putt-putt, and track for remote control cars.

Badin Shores Resort is in a rural setting and restaurants aren’t plentiful. Bring your favorite cut of meat and enjoy our grilling deck. We have a well stocked kitchen for your use. Also, a great food truck, The 812 Grill, is usually set up right outside the park.

We hope you will enjoy your stay at Phoenix at Badin Lake and love it as much as we do.

Cute lil property
I enjoyed my stay. The property was nice and clean. I expected with it being a resort there would be a lot of loud noise but there was not. There is a small loft with a mattress upstairs and the master bedroom is downstairs. On day one, the a/c in the living room went out and Jill was very responsive, scheduling a maintence person to come fix it. The property is well appointed with all the necessities. The only feedback I'd give is make sure guests can find necessities easily. I needed an extra blanket and while there was one in the master bedroom, I needed an extra blanket (mini-split in the back put out a lot of cold air) and found it upstairs but I had to crawl on my knees to find it. Same with pots and pans. I think this could have been mitigated by moving the blankets stored upstairs to the closet downstairs and letting guests know on the fridge where to find the pans. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Amazing base camp for a day on the lake or a day in Uwharrie
Amazing place to stay for any Uwharrie National Forest OHV Trail System Jeepers. If you don’t want to camp, but don’t wanna stay super far away or in a hotel, stay at this amazing tiny home at Badin Shores Resort, cannot say enough about it! It has a two person max, but super comfy bed, adorable outside seating areas, amazing views, everything you need and only 19 minutes from Eldorado Outpost. And the owners are also Jeepers, as well as avid off trail bicyclists, who reply back immediately about any questions you may have.

Nice Tiny Home Near Uwharrie National Forest
Nice Tiny Home in private resort community near Uwharrie National Forest. It lacked 1 or 2 amenities, but nothing we couldn’t live without for a short stay. Would likely stay again if in the area.

great quite get away.
Very nice tiny home that is practically brand new. Wonderful screened in porch with lake views, and ceiling fans. We went during a "slow time" and hardly any other vacationers where around. The houses/camper sites on the resort property are very close together, so if everyone is out on a busy weekend, it may be a little noisy - but it seems like most of the places are weekend getaways for retired folks.
