Awesome Lake Charlevoix views from almost every room in the house! Relax on the open/covered deck overlooking the lake while dining or getting some sun on the lounge chairs. Enjoy lake views from a brand new hot tub and have a fire in the new outdoor family room! Swim, float or launch your kayak from our beach on Lake Charlevoix. Park your boat across the street at Sommerset Marina, or rent a boat from Tommy's a mile up the lake. Downtown Boyne City is a short 3 minute drive (2 miles), Boyne Mountain is a mere 10 minutes to all the mountain has to offer (Skiing, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Disc Golf, Segways, Horseback Riding etc.), Avalanche Mtn for hiking and mountain biking is 5 minutes away, Whiting Park beach and hiking trails are just few minutes away as well. This location is a great Fall Color tour launch spot, and with the awesome lake views you don't need to leave to view the colors!

Lovely home overlooking Lake Charlevoix
Enjoyed the stay so much! Yard is fun with the hot tub and outdoor fire place! Doug is a great host!

AWESOME PLACE!
This house couldn't have been more perfect. It was SO CLEAN, had everything we could need and more and the location was great (the views were beautiful.) The host was very accommodating and responded to messages quickly. We will be staying again in the future!

Amazing!
Fantastic location, close to both Boyne resorts. Loved the house, hot tub, super roomy & cozy. Neighborhood is charming & only 5 minutes to downtown Boyne City. Doug was quick to respond to questions, check in/out was smooth & simple. Probably one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. Hope to make it back!!

Great Location with reference to Petoskey and Charlevoix. Easy to find.
Plenty of parking. Nice views form upper deck. Plenty of room in the living room for our girl's weekend group to chat and laugh it up!

We have been vacationing and living in the Boyne City area for about 15 years. We enjoying boating on Lake Charlevoix in the summer and skiing at Boyne Mountain in the winter.

Why they chose this property

Blue Water Trail offers fantastic views of Lake Charlevoix and is super close to Boyne City. Walking distance to Sommerset Marina and The Point Restaurant make it really convenient. Plus the house is set up well to support us and for hosting guests.
