Quittin' Time on the River

Welcome to Quittin' Time! Relax in our 3 br 2 ba condo just one mile from the strip in Sevierville. We've recently upgraded the cabinets and floors. The weather has been great and showing signs of spring. We are walking distance to the famous Apple Barn restaurant. This quiet resort on the river is just mins away from many attractions. The patio, accessible from master and living, overlooks the Little Pigeon river. Kids will enjoy the game nook with multicade with 100s of retro arcade gammes, xbox, board games and books. Kitchen is fully stocked from morning coffee to what you need to prepare a holiday dinner. Community Pool , hot tub (pool and hot tub are seasonal), game room and gym available on site. Come spend some time outside in the mountains in Sevierville, TN!

Simple access from the parkway near the Apple Barn on Apple Valley Rd.

The condo is so comfortable and clean. it has a nice stocked kitchen for those who plan to do simple meals. The view from the back deck is beautiful. It was a very quiet place to stay.

Amazing stay in Pigeon Forge
Great place to stay for a family in pigeon forge. Three bedrooms with four beds was perfect for us so everyone could have their own bed. Fireplace was the highlight of the condo with some cool early spring temps. Also appreciated some laundry detergent being available to use. Great communication with the owners. They just had the master bath redone to a really nice shower and seemed like the contractor just hadn’t set the temp to get warm enough. Talked with the owner, the next day they had someone come out and tweak it to perfection. The location is on the north side of the attractions so it’s just out of town but close enough to get to everything in pigeon forge within 20 mins. Right next to the apple farm complex and iron forge brewery. One downside is the shared wall with the neighbors- By the headboard in the master room, the wall must be really thin so you can hear their tv while trying to sleep.

Weekend in Gatlinburg
Great location for condo and very nice amenities there. They had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom which was appreciated. Only 2 issues were the gues lt bedrooms were quite far from the master and we didnt feel it was safe for our 4 year old if he needed us quickly. The text messages for all pre-check in and during our stay were a bit excessive. Appreciated communication but it was too many. Otherwise it was a nice stay and we'd rent again.

Staying at Quittin' Time
QT is a great place to stay! The condo is well furnished, cozy & quiet. My siblings and I had a family reunion over the weekend there. The location is convenient to shopping & dining! This was our second visit staying there and we plan to return again soon.
