Relax in luxury at this incredible home inspired by the beauty of the desert, surrounded by picturesque mountain views. Luxuriate next to the lovely private saltwater pool, inlaid with gorgeous tile details that complement the custom tile work completed inside. Grilling fans will love cooking on the built-in private gas grill. There's plenty of room for dining outdoors, but also plenty of space inside with over 3,800 square feet of central air conditioning. The spacious full kitchen features a double oven, prep island, stone countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats four guests for casual meals. For a more formal feel, enjoy a meal at the 10-person dining room table. But if you're already settled into the sunken living room for a chat by the gas fireplace, have no fear. You can easily step behind the wet bar and mix up a classic (or just uncork something chilling from one of the two wine fridges). If there's telecommuting that needs to be done, desk workspaces in the kitchen area and in the main bedroom will do the trick.

At the end of the North Wing, you will find the first set of bedrooms. The first bedroom, arranged for multiple beds, features a ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a standalone shower. At the end of the hall, the second primary bedroom features a multi-window view of the backyard, a ceiling fan, mounted flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a standalone shower. If you decide to turn left towards the West Wing, you’ll find the third bedroom just past a full bathroom (with a standalone shower). This bedroom features a ceiling fan, and a flatscreen TV, with paintings and sculptural air for guests to enjoy. The fourth bedroom is just off the sunken living room and features two skylights, a bright big window with plantation shutters, and a minimalist layout. Head through the double doors at the end of the hall to reach the fifth/primary bedroom. This main bedroom suite features a gas fireplace, gym area, wet
bar, a desk workspace with a monitor, and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a large private sauna, a bidet, a standalone shower, and a jetted tub. Welcome to the Delgado Estate! You will not want to leave.

Guests must travel by car to reach this home.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a Ring doorbell camera installed at the front door.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
