Relax in a quiet and glamorous sunny retreat in a historic 1bed/1bath apartment. It comes tall and bright with many windows, original solid wood doors, and 9’ tall ceilings. Wyoming, OH is a quiet family friendly suburb that is easily accessible to highways 4, 126, and 75. Short drive to Findlay Market, Cincinnati Zoo, Cincinnati Museum Center, & Over-the-Rhine brewery district! Fully furnished kitchen includes a coffee maker, gas stove. High speed wifi is available for you to work remotely.

Basement laundry washer and dryer are each $1.50 in quarters and shared with the 3 other building tenants. Backyard parking, washer/dryer, & common hallway are shared by 3 other tenants in the same building. The other 3 tenants may be lively as they come and go in the no-smoking 4-unit building. Parking is on street level or in the backyard.

For the safety of tenants and guests, there is a security camera in the common stairwell.

Caveat emptor
This apartment was a bare bones choice (including no microwave in kitchen, for example, and TV for use only to access guests’ personal subscriptions to Netflix, Prime, etc), acceptable if and when its many inscrutable idiosyncrasies are identified and resolved (notice posted by host did not include this information and she had to be called repeatedly by a very experienced renter). Cost-conscious renters should be aware that for two overnights advertised at x/night, the total of cleaning plus service fees alone exceeded the 2x rental amount by almost 50%! To put this in perspective, a random other far more opulent Cincinnati rental advertised for almost 2x/night charged about the same total cost because its cleaning fee for a much larger and more complex place was 1/3 of the cleaning fee for this place. Makes no sense from a renter’s perspective.

This is a 1,000 square feet 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a 4-unit apartment building in Wyoming. This is a historic residential neighborhood that is in 20 minutes driving distance to all the major attractions in Cincinnati. The sunny retreat is equipped with a 43” Android Hisense TV, Veken toilet bidet, and all the cooking utensils for making your homemade meals. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 people: 1 full bed in bedroom and 2 convertible sofas.

Pets and children are welcome!

Backyard parking & street parking are available. Self-checkin to the apartment unit requires the August mobile app. Requires walking up stairs to the 2nd floor. Washer & dryer is in the basement. Car parking is in the backyard and street level. There are approximately 10 stairs to get to this upstairs apartment.

This residential neighborhood is walkable, safe, and is very quiet. Our apartment is located within a 15 minute walk to Downtown Wyoming that includes Wyoming Community Coffee, Wyoming Pastry Shop, Teranga African restaurant, and Cowboy Cones. Many families raise their children here. Wyoming, OH is home to the top-rated Wyoming High School. Take a walk around the historic mansions of Wyoming.

Trash receptacles are in the back driveway. Green is recycling, black is for trash bags. Garbage pickup is every Wednesday; please roll up your unit's trash & recycling bin to the curb by Wednesday morning.
