Live the private island life with this tucked away home on Manasota Key! Property is a 30 day minimum. If rented for less than 30 days, we will block off the rest of the calendar days in that 30 day period.

Absolute Paradise on (basically) a private beach
We had an amazing time at Andrew's place. Manasota Key is such a slice of paradise. If you want direct beach access, and a relaxing stretch of beach with little to no people, this is your place. We saw dolphins and manatees right off the beach. The house was the perfect size and had everything we needed. It is also centrally located and close to a ton of things to do. We had a wonderful family vacation that I will never forget.

Family Christmas vacation
Beautiful beachfront home on a gorgeous private beach. The older members of our party of 8 stayed in the lower level. During our stay there was an issue with one if the downstairs toilets, that maintenance quickly attended to on Christmas eve. The house itself had everything we needed, but split between the 2 levels. We managed to carry what we needed between the 2 levels with no issues. Thank you for a great stay.

AMAZING VIEWS!
Plenty of room in this spacious 6 bedroom, 5 bath home, with the beach right outside the door. It was really nice having a kitchen on each floor, and there was plenty of parking too. The area is very nice and was also very quiet even on the holiday weekend. Everyone of us enjoyed our time here and will def be back for even longer next year. We all rated it our favorite family vacation so far! Thanks Andrew!!

Thanksgiving Holiday Gathering
As noted by other reviewers, it is a unique set up with exterior stairs only. The kitchens are well equipped and the oven worked well cooking our Thanksgiving Day turkey. The owner is very responsive to any questions or concerns. The house has beautiful views of the Gulf and setting sun. Do bring bug spray for the insects, especially for spending time on the beach. or sitting outside. As it is a rental at the beach, some chests of drawers are showing wear and tear from the humidity and rental usage.
