About this property

White Mnt Escape - Lincoln/Loon Monthly Rental/Ski

Welcome to my cozy and spacious home away from home! This inviting space features two bedrooms and two full baths, providing the perfect spot for family and friends to stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, ready for your cooking adventures.

In the open living/dining room, you'll find a table for 6, a futon sofa, and a flat-screen TV with cable, WiFi, and Chromecast. Entertainment options abound with a PS2 console and board games. Step outside to the large back balcony for a breath of fresh air.

The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and its own TV, while the second bedroom offers two twin bunk beds. Convenience is key with an in-unit washer and dryer, along with provided bed linens and bath towels.

Parking is available for two vehicles, but please be aware that motorcycles or campers are not allowed. For safety reasons, no BBQ grill or use of the wood stove is allowed. During warmer months, a portable A/C unit is available for use. Keep in mind that the back of the unit faces the highway, so you may hear some noise with the windows open. There is planned construction of a new police department ~500 feet to start Spring 2024. There may be noise during the workday.

Enjoy the outdoors!
Central to all White Mountain and NH Lakes Region outdoor activities (hiking, rock climbing, bouldering, river wading/swimming, etc.). Clean, quiet and spacious end unit rental. Equipped with just about everything you may need for a summer get away. The only thing that would have been nice is grill for summertime cooking. The location is walk-able to grocery store and downtown Lincoln shops and resturants. Side note - property is fairly close to the highway (though wooded), so you have to get used to noise. The property manager was friendly and very responsive - though we did not really need anything as it was well equipped! We really enjoyed our stay. Would be a great place for winter excursions as well!

Why they chose this property

Quiet residential area that is walking distant to local shops and restaurants. Ten minutes drive to Loon Mountain and 20 minutes to Cannon Mountain. Lots of hiking trails within 30 minutes. One hour scenic drive on Rte 112 to North Conway.
