Millburn House - This 4 bedroom home provides peace and tranquility, it is under a 10 minute drive to the Cooperstown Dreams Park. Relax on the covered front porch and enjoy sounds of the birds in this beautiful country setting. Just minutes down the road you will discover pristine Arnold Lake. There is a public access launch point for car top boats. Arnold lake is great for fishing, swimming and paddle sports.

The welcoming ambiance of this sturdy farmhouse invites guests to relax. The inside is complete with vintage charm evident in the kitchen with a true farmhouse sink and solid Cherrywood cabinets and floors. Natural light fills the eat-in kitchen kitchen with glory as you enjoy a family meal. The new sunroom just off the kitchen is perfectly located, make your morning coffee and enjoy the wonderfully warm sunroom!

The 1st floors has a game room just off the side entrance with air hockey table. There is a full bathroom in the hallway upon entry from the covered side porch. The BBQ grill is just outside the covered side porch, which makes it easy to grill up some yummy dinner. The bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, there is a hallway bathroom shared by the 4 bedrooms upstairs. The second floor queen bedroom #1 has private balcony overlooking the lush gardens, and a lightly wooded area at the edge of well maintained grounds. Relish the breathtaking beauty of the star-filled night sky by the outdoor fire pit.

Perfect House, Perfect Location
Millburn House was perfect for our stay in NY. It is close to Dreams Park and a short drive to Cooperstown. The house was very clean and well stocked with whatever you may need. We enjoyed the privacy of the location after a busy day watching baseball. The front porch is a great place to sit and relax. It is obvious the owners care for the property. If we get the chance to return to Cooperstown, this is the house we would book. Thank you for your hospitality!

The perfect place to stay for an amazing experience!
I have nothing but incredible things to say about the house, owners, and management company. This space was absolutely perfect for the six of us. It was very easy to check in and to check out. The accommodations were terrific...coffee, detergent, plenty of towels etc! Everything was so clean and the space was fun! We LOVED the 3 seasons room and the firepit! It was about a 15 min drive to the field which was perfect! I can't say enough great things about the Millburn house. Thank you!
