This modern condo features an ocean view and has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom - perfect for a couple's getaway on the Big Island of Hawaii. The condominium complex is beautifully landscaped, well maintained, and blissfully tranquil. Located at the water's edge in scenic Kailua-Kona, vacationers can enjoy the dramatic Kona coastline and magnificent sunsets in the evening.

Kona Isle D1 has a bright open floor plan as you enter. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are situated before a private lanai. The kitchen is well-equipped with updated appliances, black countertops, and a tile backsplash. A chef can whip up all kinds of tasty meals in here. A built-in breakfast bar has seating for two, ideal for your guest to keep you company while cooking. Dine here or bring your meals outside and dine alfresco with a coastal breeze. Patio seating faces a small beach area and the ocean. Bring your favorite bottle of wine or a Mai Tai out here to unwind while the sunsets over the water.

The living room has plush and contemporary seating options arranged in front of a flat screen TV, WIFI, a single window air conditioning unit (please note, there is a door sensor that will prevent the AC from being turned on if the door is open), and a washer/dryer are provided to make you feel at home.

Down the hall is the bedroom which features a King-sized bed and a ceiling fan. The windows let in gorgeous natural light and overlooks lush foliage. The bathroom is right around the corner with a large standalone shower and vanity.

The condominium complex has a variety of other great amenities to check out as well. There is an oceanfront swimming pool, sundeck, barbecue pavilion, and delightful tide pools. You will find all the conveniences of a home plus more!

Perfect Spot in Kona
Here for our 25th wedding anniversary. Great quiet location right on the water with lots of well kept amenities and short walk into town. Very comfortable bed to top it off!

Great Unit at this Condo
This is one of the better placed units on the property. It is oceanfront just in front of the BBQ area. These units are slightly old but this one (C1) has been renovated. The only issue is the dishwasher which broke on the first load. A serviceperson came out quickly to fix it but it broke again after the fix. The serviceperson mentioned that the owner had planned to replace it so it looks like it's a known issue. The fold-out bed was pretty uncomfortable and our son ended up just sleeping on it in couch mode. You can walk to town in about 30 minutes.

Wonderful location with a beautiful view!
My husband and I feel this was the perfect condo for our first visit to the big island. David the concierge contacted us ahead of time and booked several excursions for us, all of which we had a fantastic experience! Check-in was easy with the keycode and the unit was very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioning kept the temperature comfortable. Kitchen had all amenities that we needed - the only thing of note was that we used the dishwasher twice and it did not clean the dishes well so had to rewash them by hand and then never bothered to use it again. The view was beautiful and we saw a pod of dolphins within an hour of our arrival out front and a beautiful rainbow out front the day we left. We used the handy bar b Q’s out front and the Sandy area is kept clean and tidy. We found the unit and property very quiet and relaxing. I used the pool several times and it is very clean with comfortable lounging chairs. The location of this building was also perfect. We drove north to a few beautiful beaches, across the island for a day trip to Hilo, and just a few minutes south is a beautiful snorkeling area. Close to Kona for excursion departures and restaurants. You won’t go wrong choosing this place for your stay.

A nicely renovated ground floor property. The complex is mostly suited to retired couples. Not many young families or kids if you are looking for that.
