Adorable Historical Family Friendly Farmhouse by Courthouse Square & Whiskey Row

Visit Beautiful Downtown Prescott at our Adorable Historical Farmhouse. Originally built in 1914, it was moved from Jerome, Arizona to its current location in the Historic District of Downtown Prescott. We are in a perfect location 1/2 block from Mt. Vernon St. and a short walk to the Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row. Recently remodeled, it still maintains it's old world charm with new world comforts. The home is outfitted with 2 Comfy Queen Beds, 1 Cozy King Size Bed, and 1 Futon Couch upstairs which is also a twin bed. Each bedroom has a small desk/work space. The Kitchen has been updated and has all amenities for cooking a meal for your family and friends. There is also a New Kitchenette upstairs for privacy, 2 Bathrooms (one upstairs with shower & one downstairs which has a clawfoot tub + shower), New Paver Outdoor Patio with dining (seating comfortably for 10). BBQ, Fire TV's, WIFI, A Fabulous Front Porch & Upstairs Deck for lounging with Coffee or Wine. Located just a short walk to Prescott's Courthouse Square where everything happens from Art & Craft Fairs, Car Shows, Motorcycle Rallies, Micro-Brewery/ wine tasting events, Parades and Concerts in the Park. Restaurants, shops and the FAMOUS Whiskey Row are all right there too! Watson, Willow, Granite, Goldwater & Lynx Lakes are short 10 minute drives for kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, fishing or just a lovely picnic. If you ride motorcycles, we have a fenced private side yard and can park several bikes. Come enjoy beautiful Prescott!!

Christmas Getaway
We have stayed at the Historical Farmhouse several times and it never disappoints. This trip was to take part in the Christmas Market at the Square and Mortimer Farms Christmas Dinner & Show. The location of the house is awesome and so comfortable. Will definitely be back!

A Perfect Getaway
This is our second stay at this charming historic home just blocks away from Historic downtown Prescott. The home is comfortable and provides all the amenities needed for a great stay. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Plenty of towels and a great kitchen. Our favorite spot was the front porch to sit and relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and yet literally walking distance to Whiskey Row and shopping. The owners are great too! This home is our first choice when we need to escape Phoenix! Absolutely worth every penny! Hope to be back soon.

Simply walk down the street a few blocks and wah-la.... you're in the towns center! Music, Food & Fun are always to be found here.
