This nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood of South Gulf Cove in Port Charlotte. It is conveniently located off of Rt. 776 and within close proximity to many nice beaches such as Boca Grande, Stump Pass, Englewood, Manasota Key, and Venice Beach. The backyard is wooded, giving you a nice private atmosphere and there is a screened lanai with a hot tub for you to relax in and seating for you to enjoy some fresh air in the breezy gulf cove neighborhood. I needed extra space to accommodate my family when they arrived for my daughters wedding. I booked this property due to the proximity to my own home and because they advertised twin beds which was perfect for my teenaged niece and nephew. There was no twin beds. When I opened the house, it had a very musky smell. I got there late and could not turn on master bedroom lights, had to use my flashlight to screw the only working bulb on the ceiling fan. Then noticed the night stand was unplugged. The master bath blind was broken which my sister in law was very worried of a peeping Tom. I had to assure her the neighborhood is very safe. I immediately send an email with picture. Cobwebs and spiders throughout. Very outdated, the hallbath sink leaking, appliances with rust. Front spare bedroom fan did not operate. The beds were very uncomfortable. I made sure to take out trash the night before due to it being picked up around 5:30am in our neighborhood. The can was full! I was disappointed but couldn't do anything about it, I was too busy with the wedding.

Relaxing stay
We loved our stay here. The house was perfect for us. The house was in a very convenient location; close to the beach and many other places of interest. The house was very efficiently set up and made for a relaxing visit. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but that was a nice addition. Phuy and the team was very friendly and responsive as our arrival approached. Our check in and out was very easy. I definitely recommend this home for a relaxing visit.

Nice and Quiet
The house was clean and in a pretty quiet area. The hot tub was a nice addition since there was no pool. Nature right out the back door.!

Great location
Close to a lot of beaches. Needs some things fixed. Lacking in supplies needed for a week rental. All in all a nice place to stay. Wasn’t what we thought it would be for price
