Owner was very responsive
The home was clean and the location was fine. Most VRBO homes provide local suggestions for food, groceries and entertainment and check out procedures but we rec'd none of that. We had quite a few issues, especially the first week or so which was frustrating. However, the owner was extremely responsive and tried very hard to get them resolved. The home is advertised as a 4 bedroom home with a game room. Be advised that the game room IS the 4th bedroom(converted garage). Home included 4 bikes and 3 kayaks which was nice.

Great house in Marco
Wonderful and large house in Marco Island. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. You will need to drive to a beach! Great pool and very comfortable.

Had a great time overall
Loved the location. House seems very well maintained and for the most part very clean. Only issues I had was the listed mentioned a kayak and a lift, but when I got there I was informed that both of those were broke and to not use them. Also the pool was dirty when we arrived , I assumed that since we came in on saturday that at some point during the week someone would come to clean the pool. I messaged the owner on Friday because nobody had shown up to clean the pool and to also let them know that there we ants in the house. Master bathroom , kitchen as well as the basement. Again overall had a great time other than those few hiccups.

Wonderful family vacation.
Our family had a great time at the property, if you are a boater it is a great location. Pool was warm not ice cold like others we have rented. The only complaint was that the bikes shown on the listing were no longer there and one of the kayaks was not useable but other than that everything was as described. Great communication, usually with in minutes. Would rent again.
