Plantation West 1244 is an immaculately maintained condo with room for the whole family. With breathtaking Gulf front views, guests will enjoy watching the sun rise over the sparkling waters while sipping coffee on their private balcony.

Take a dip in the resort style pool or take a stroll down the walkway to the Gulf of Mexico where you can swim in the emerald waters or play in the white sand with the kids. Have a contest to see who can make the biggest sand castle!

After a day of fun in the sun, enjoy a meal in the large well-appointed kitchen or eat at the on-site restaurant. There are several other options just a short drive away. Later, watch the sunset while talking about the fun things you experienced and make plans for the next day!

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests must buy parking passes online before their stay, and up to two will be allotted. Details on how to purchase will be provided after booking. The fee schedule is $25 (1-3 nights), $35 (4-6 nights), $45 (7-14 nights), and $60 (15+ nights).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

1244 stay
We brought our own fan to help block out noise at night and help with air flow. Overall, enjoyed the property and the amenities. We played pickleball everyday and occasionally went in the hot tub/pools. We also enjoyed going on the balcony to hang out.

Nice Condo For A Getaway
My travel party and I enjoyed staying at this property. It was a nice area of Ft. Morgan. The condo had a nice view, and easy access to the pools and beach. We also really enjoyed the porch, and sitting outside. It is in a more rural area of the beach so there is some driving required to get to restaurants and grocery stores. But it’s not a bad drive. The on-site restaurant isn’t great so I recommend getting groceries and cooking in the condo, or driving into Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. You can also have groceries delivered through Instacart but no pizza or other food places deliver to the area (or through Door Dash). The a/c worked great but I do recommend bringing an extra blanket if you like to keep it cool at night as there aren’t any extras in the condo. We liked being at the end of the hall near the door, but it was a bit noisy as people were loud. Also, there were some who did not adhere to the signs requesting that parents not allow their children to run up and down the hall and yell.

Don’t waste your money. Dirty nasty
The property I booked had different pictures than the property they put me in. Was dirty sheets weren’t changed from the last booking. Wires hanging out the bottom of dishwasher. Dishwasher would start randomly even if no one was around it.
