Beautiful well stocked property in a great location
We stayed here with 4 adults and one infant under two. We wanted a place that was easy to access the beach and accesible for the toddler and we struck gold. Beach and pool are only a few steps from the lanai, market and restaurants are very close, we barely used our rental car. The entire apartment was incredibly well stocked and made it feel as though we were staying in a place that really was home. Being on the ground floor at the end near the road made it feel a bit exposed since alot of people in the area walk down this street to view the sunset or attend the beach. Also there are a few homeless people around on the street drinking and smoking but we never felt unsafe or threatened. Definately would stay here again.

Excellent location!
We had a fabulous stay at this property. There were 5 of us, 4 adults and a child and it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything and more that you would need. We used the bbq’s every night and they were always clean. The pool was probably the cleanest and nicest that we’ve seen at a rental property. It was quiet while we were there in April and there are lots of lounge chairs to go around. The beach is just a couple minute walk over the dune in front. We preferred our beach over others in the area. The location is perfect. We had a rental car only half the week so having a grocery stores and shops within walking distance was a huge plus. It was nice to be able to do a couple small loads of laundry as well rather than taking home everything dirty. We would stay here again and would recommend this rental to others.

Owners are great to deal with, condo has all necessities to prepare own meals. Property has 3 new Weber bbqs. Good pool, beach is seconds away without having to cross S. Kihei Road. Owners supply beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, pail and shovels for kids, beach umbrellas.

Kihei’s best kept secret for families
The couple that own this condo have done a fantastic job setting it for an easy entry into your vacation. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor condo on the edge of the building worked well for our family. The unit gets top marks for the amount of stocked item included. We used the beach stuff almost every day. Cooked most of our meals in the unit and the Times grocery store was an easy 2 min walk door to door. We loved the easy outdoor access, large pool and lovely beach. The beach was the biggest surprise not having stayed at this end of Kihei before, lots of sandy spots, safe swimming for smaller kids and the turtles! We saw turtles most afternoons sunning themselves on the beach. This place gets top marks if you are active vacationer, want to cook/entertain, stay on the beach and aren’t looking for expensive hotel amenities. Thank you Jami-we will recommend to friends and family and book again if our travels bring us to Maui

We were very disappointed with this property. The decor was awful, overcrowded, and lacked comfortable chairs in the unit and on the patio. There wasn't any soap in the bathrooms which was unfortunate given our late arrival. Given Covid, we assumed that this would be a priority. Serious safety concerns encountered included: At 10:00 pm one evening, a heavy medicine cabinet that wasn't properly installed fell off the wall but fortunately hit the side of the countertop while one of us was brushing teeth. The property manager, Henry came immediately and removed the cabinet from the countertop. It is very fortunate that no one was seriously injured. One of the electrical outlets in the kitchen sparked. The patio awning also fell on us. The owner did respond and arranged for a repair person to come out. The first repair person indicated the concerns required more expertise. We were accused by the owner that we wouldn't let the repair person in and did not receive an apology given that he had already been there. The second repair person fixed the electrical outlet and made a temporary fix on one of the air-conditioning units that weren't installed properly and cleaned the filters. He noted that the medicine cabinet should be replaced with a mirror. On a positive note, the pool and grounds are well kept by the property manager, and beach access is great. This property was not worth the price we paid and nor were we offered any form of compensation for the issues we had to contend with.

We love the option on a ground floor corner unit, easy in & out and close to town by foot or car... Very private and a large green area in front of you to enjoy game night or just sit in your chair or walk down to the beach and watch the sun go down, or take a swim in a large beautiful pool or just lay out and soak up the sun.

What makes this property unique
