1920's home on Mardi Gras route! Two blks to Pleasure Pier, beach, and restaurants. Catch trolley across the street to go downtown. Master suites include luxurious master bath. Second bedrooms have two twin over queen bunk beds. Half bathrooms with shower. 2 sofa sleepers. Spacious living/dining areas/full kitchens. Driveway/street parking. Near Galvez/Garten Verein for weddings.

GOLF CART(s) rental available upon request, pending availability.

Security cameras/video and audio at front /back.

NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PETS.

All the charm of the 1920's has been kept in the restoration of this home. All the rooms are large with plenty of space for all.

Two master bedrooms with cozy king size beds, and each with a private bath
Two bedrooms with two twin over queen bunk beds in each! Separate bath for each bedroom

Each living area has a queen sofa sleeper as well as a second sofa for plenty of seating.

Two dining areas with large tables, two kitchens, each with a butlers pantry and all new stainless appliances.

Large patio with grill and outdoor seating. In the middle of the action where you can walk to all kinds of restaurants, entertainment, and the beach!

Guests have access to the driveway beside the house. Also included are 4 guest passes for permitted street parking. Huge patio at the side of the house for gathering to grill and outdoor shower do rinse off from the beach.

We would love to meet you but we do have self check in. We live just around the corner should you need anything during during your stay.

Just steps to the beach and Pleasure Pier, we are on one of the main roads lined with historical homes from the early 1900s. The homes around ours are all historical with quiet neighbors. But just two blocks away are restaurants and Pleasure Pier amusement park! 4 blocks away is the Galvez and Garten Verein for weddings. And a strait shot down the street is the cruise port. The trolley runs in front of the house going downtown to the strand for shopping and sightseeing. Catch the trolley back to the house for an afternoon nap or to enjoy nearby entertainment all within walking distance.

Walk to restaurants and Pleasure Pier. If you want to visit Moody Gardens catch the trolley at 25th and Seawall to ride all the way there. To visit the Strand (downtown) you can catch the trolley across the street and it will drop you off at your door. And it only costs $1.00 to ride! But a car is recommended to sight see many of the historical sights in town.

This is a busy part of town so you may hear some noise. White noise machines have been provided.

Whole duplex, Great for large groups!
Great location, property was clean and well kept. Management was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. We had the whole duplex and loved the flexibility of 2 kitchens and plenty of space for our large group.

Cleanliness Goes a Long Way
Location and communication with management was great! Perfect size for our event and family. The only thing-not very clean and smelled like mildew. I know the house is old, but just having a clean place makes a HUGE difference. Very outdated but comfortable, great little backyard, beds were okay.

Excellent!
We had a great stay at this rental property! The owner is very easy to work with and incredibly responsive to any question or need (he gets an A+ rating). The location cannot be beat—2 short blocks to Pleasure Pier and the beach. The home was clean and smelled totally fine. Thankfully, no cheap fragrance plug-ins were being used to camouflage musky/moldy odor, like many other beach properties have. Beds were very comfy with nice cotton sheets and comforters. We barely used kitchen because eating out was just so easy (good restaurants steps away), but the kitchen was amply stocked with essential appliances, utensils, cookware. This is a fun location. We will be back!

The house was just as described. Clean, everything work properly, perfect location for us and our stay. We will rent this house again guaranteed!
