Beautiful yard!
Great location to amenities, airport, beaches. We enjoyed what the backyard had to offer with the canal, pool and eating areas. We enjoyed paddle boarding in the canal and bike riding around the neighborhood. The house was clean and enough space for all of us. A bonus was the washer/dryer available to use.

Nice place to visit.
It’s a nice, old, roomy house, with plenty of space to spread out, in a nice neighborhood. The backyard pool is awesome. The house could use some upgrades, as well as, the backyard lounge chairs and bbq. Overall, a very relaxing time.

Family Vacay
The highlight of this house is the pool. The pictures are very misleading. You do not have access to the patio doors. You have to go through a utility room that smells horrible to get to the pool and canal. When we arrived the house was not finished being cleaned. A man had to come back and clean while we were there which meant I had to sit in the house with our things while the family went to the pool. We finished his cleaning and making beds. The property manager has very poor communication. The beds feel horrible. The stove barely works. Everything is outdated. The house was creepy. The living room had a door to the back of the house that was locked, but it gave someone was back there vibes. We enjoyed the pool and went out for everything else.

Pros and cons
Okay...Overall, the OUTSIDE of the property is amazing but there were some major cleaning issues within the inside of the home upon arrival. My boyfriend and I already had a few issues entering the property bc the designated key did not work LUCKILY the door also had a keypad so we still had a contact less check in which was convenient. However, we weren't expecting to walk into a not so clean home and when I say not clean I mean: 1. 2 cups were in the sink 2. The microwave had food LEFTOVER from the previous guest in it. 3. Someone's medication was on the dresser in the main bedroom 4. Lastly, there was hair in the drain in the main bedroom shower so we didn't use it AT ALL. Now as the listing stated, this was not a high end home which is understandable, but what's the point of charging each guest a cleaning fee during booking if it isn't going to be cleaned properly? My boyfriend was already frustrated with the key process so we just cleaned up the mess(not the shower) ourselves. We rewashed all the dishes we needed to use bc they had a few old food stains on them as well. Not only that, we were there for FOUR days and had to buy garbage bags bc they only supplied ONE bag in the kitchen and that was it. So we had to buy some just so we could be able to throw garbage away the right way for the next few days. Also, be careful with their stove. On the last night we were sleep and heard something fall in the kitchen and it was the handle from the stove hanging off bc the screw isn't screwed in properly which can be dangerous if someone is cooking. Now as I said earlier the outside of the house is AMAZING so that's where we spent majority of our time and that's why we didn't complain or ask for a refund and also bc we were already there so what's the point right? But overall I would stay Again just for the outside area ONLY if a few simple changes are made in the home especially for the price we paid. Thanks!
