Get ready to fall in love with EBB’s, the most luxurious way to spend your beach vacation. EBB’s is a 3-story custom built home placed right on the beach! Offering spectacular views from multi-level decks, sparkling in-ground pool (Pool season is May 7-Oct 14), elevator and steam room! Show your family cook to the stunning kitchen with spacious granite countertops, two dishwashers to help keep up with family dining, and a bar top with 6 bar stools for extra dining. Open family room and dining area which includes a glass top dining table (dining room table comfortably seats 10) along with convenient deck access to second floor balcony. Enjoy dinner with a view!

Several of the previous reviews submitted were prior to transitioning to our property management company. With that said, we have made several adjustments to each of our properties to ensure the best experience for your stay!

Themed bedrooms: Crab Room, Flip Flop Room, Surfer Room, & Sandpiper room.

Beds: 6 Queens + 1 Queen sleeper sofa, 2 Twin beds with Trundles, 1 Twin Bunk set.

1st Floor:
Bedroom 1: 2 Twins w/Trundles; Twin Bunk Bed; use of Hallway Full Bathroom
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen w/ ensuite (in the room) Full Bathroom
Den area: Leather couch w/ pull out Sofa Bed size Queen; Kitchenette with standard fridge, microwave, sink; Full Bathroom with steam shower

2nd Floor:
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen with Full Bathroom

3rd Floor:
Bedroom 4, 5, 6, 7: All Queen Bedrooms all with ensuite Full Bathrooms

Great oceanfront house
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the open floor plan in living /kitchen area. The down stairs counter bar got lots of use and the pool area was nice. Could use some updates but all and all a nice house

Enjoyable
Very nice beach home, a few minor things but that is expected, houses are well used by renters. The location is perfect private path to beach, pool was wonderful and private. All in all a great time was had by all.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are very few outdoor chairs available for a house that sleeps 20 (and some of them were broken). There were faucets that felt felt like they were going to pull right out of the wall, outlets that were loose, toilets that were wobbly. The sofa was broken and there carpets were not in good shape. The beds did not seem like queen size, felt more like full size beds. The pool was cloudy. The view was fabulous and we had a good time but we were disappointed that the property was in such a state of disrepair.

Great house!
We had a lovely stay at this home. It was just as advertised. It worked great for our group of 16 people of all ages. The only challenge for us was all of the stairs with toddlers. The gates at the house and even the ones we rented from Tots on the Go didn’t work for the stairs. We made things work though. It was so nice to just walk to the beach! We rented slightly before “in season” so the pool wasn’t ready. But that would have been great too! Overall a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone.
