Great spot in CB!
This was our 2nd time at Susan's place. The location can't be beat! It's accurate to the photos in the listing, and Susan was very responsive. Would recommend!

Great Location/Super Cozy
You cannot beat the location - two block walk to everything. Ordered pizza and we had it back enjoying it in 15 minutes. Very clean, with everything you need. We used the cozy kitchen almost every night. And walked the whole neighborhood. There is even a view of Mt. Crested Butte right out the window while enjoying the rocking chair by the gas stove.
