Built in 2007, this modern dependance to the Villa Möwe, which has been restored in a typical spa style, is located in a quiet side street. From here you can take a few steps to the Wilhelmstraße, which is the center of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin with its shops and restaurants. Along this boulevard you reach in a few minutes the well known far beyond Rügen pier with its fine sandy beach. The self-catering Apartment 09 itself, which you can easily reach via a lift, is located on the second floor of the Dependance. From the spacious balcony of the apartment you have a beautiful view over the Baltic Sea.

The lovingly furnished apartment 9 is located in the house Möwe II, a newly built in 2007 Dependance of the house I. The duplex apartment is about 56 square meters and is located in the upper and attic of the house. Here you will find on two levels a living room with kitchenette and a large balcony facing south-east, two bedrooms, a guest bathroom, a small storage room and a shower room. From the entrance you enter the modern equipped living room with integrated kitchenette. The living area is equipped with a chair, LCD TV, DVD player and a stereo with CD player. The kitchenette with dining area has a fridge-freezer, oven, 4-zone ceramic hob, dishwasher, egg cooker, microwave and of course a toaster, kettle, coffee maker and various small inventory. Also on the first level of the apartment is a bedroom with French bed (width 1.40 m), wardrobe and LCD TV and a guest toilet. From the living area via a staircase (under the stairs there is also a small storage room) on the second floor of Non smoking apartment. Here are the second bedroom with double bed (2 x 0.90 m x 2.00 m), wardrobe and LCD TV and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The living / dining area and the bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating. A wireless Internet connection is also available, this is free for you. The shared cellar has a washing machine and tumble dryer for a surcharge. In the in-house underground parking (entrance height 2.10 m) you have the opportunity to use the shared bicycle room and the apartment-own car parking space No. 09. From here you can take the elevator directly to the apartment. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
