Villa Bellevue is in an absolute top location on the beach promenade of the Baltic Sea resort of Heringsdorf near the adjacent Baltic Sea resort of Bansin. Via the in-house access to the beach promenade you can reach the white wide sandy beach in a few minutes. Whether by bike or on foot - many attractions such as the Heringsdorf, Bansin and Ahlbeck bridges, the Usedomer spa architecture, the coastal forest north of Bansin or the Schloonsee are all within a short distance. Numerous restaurants along the promenade and in the centers of the Imperial Baths invite you to linger.

... die aber den Gesamteindruck nicht wirklich schmälern. Insgesamt eine schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Wenn man etwas anzumerken hat, dann höchstens Kleinigkeiten, wie eine fehlende Verkleidung der Fernsehanschlussdose im Schlafzimmer, ein nicht abschließbarer Schrank im Flur und ein defekter Sonnenschirm. Für den recht hohen Preis könnte das noch abgestellt sein. Die Ausstattung wirkt weitestgehend hochwertig, dass der Bodenbelag in Küche und Bad "nur" Laminat mit Holzoptik ist stört ansich nicht, müsste aber hier und da mal neu verklebt werden. Innen alles sauber und gepflegt, nur die Terrasse könnte mal wieder eine Grundreinigung erhalten. War für uns aber kein wirklicher Kritikpunkt. Zusammengefasst: Die kleinen "Schönheitsfehler" sind durchaus verkraftbar, sollten aber bei diesem hohen Mietpreis der Form halber nicht völlig unerwähnt bleiben...
