The living space has a comfy sofa that can convert to a bed for additional sleeping arrangements measuring 34" by 83". There is a spacious detached full bathroom with sink, toilet, and a teak floored shower with rainfall shower head.
 
The outdoor living space boasts a second kitchen area with propane grill, refrigerator, and large sink. SELF CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: All reservations will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide Hills of Texas Lodging with a valid credit card to be placed on file for their stay. In lieu of charging a damage deposit or non-refundable damage waiver, a temporary hold will be placed on a credit card upon arrival for incidentals (just like they do at hotels). We are basically just verifying with your financial institution that sufficient funds are available in the event they were needed to cover property damage(s). If there are no property damages, the card will not be charged.
