Almost perfect
This condo was almost perfect. They had everything you could possibly need for a 3 night stay. I would’ve given it a 5-star had it not be the endless beeping noise coming from the Fire Alarm room which just so happen to share the same wall as the bedroom. I’ve spoken to a couple Vacasa employees to have them contact the HOA. Both were responsive and nice. At the end of the 3-night trip, HOA never sent anyone to the property to shut off the beeping noise and our sleep slightly suffered….first night was worse. The only way we caught some Z’s was by playing some white noise to through my phone to drown out that noise. Overall, we would definitely come back and when we do, maybe someone finally shut off that alarm. LOL.

Incredible home in Keystone
We loved the free shuttle, the walking/biking/hiking trails nearby, and the location. The kitchen was fully stocked for everything we needed to cook thanksgiving dinner!

Do not rent this property. Trust us, it is not a well-managed unit, and you will not receive support for any issues that occur. And there are some significant issues: 1) if there is a problem, you will struggle to contact anyone and spend hours on the phone, 2) the smoke detector is not functional, 3) there is no wifi, 4) the unit is not cleaned well, the electrical panel is just open, and wires are exposed. Other reviewers have pointed out the majority of these issues, but they are not fixed. The real issue is that it is impossible to get anyone to help. You end up calling "national Vacasa" who tells you only the "local Vacasa" can help. The "local Vacasa" team does not call you back. Thus, you are stuck with no help. Again, do yourself a favor and do not rent this unit.

Beautiful Area, Property Management is Eh.
This one bedroom condo's absoute best feature is the outdoor deck space, which looks over the forest and an absolutely delightful bubbling creek beyond that. It is absolutely peaceful and idyllic. Having said that - the deck furniture is *NOT* as pictured in the listing - it is cheap aluminum stuff that literally falls over when you stand up. Not comfy. But we made the best of it with additional pillows and spent hours reading and relaxing out there. A parking pass is required and there was no parking pass when we arrived on a Friday. They did not bring us one until *Sunday*. Also the unit did not have any kitchen linens outside of potholders, and a half roll of paper towel. We reported this on Friday and again, received nothing until Sunday. Other reviewers who have said there is no internet connection are accurate. It connects but you are given the error message "connected - no internet." I called twice to ask for this to be fixed, twice was told there were internet issues in the area. There were not - I checked with my cell phone. SUPER annoying, especially if you needed to work while there - additionally no way to watch Netflix, or anything besides Comcast cable. Also, the couch is not at all comfortable. However. The area is GORGEOUS, we took so many walks with our dog, who enjoyed the creek and all of the millions of smells. The condo IS very nicely updated, everything that one needs to cook good meals (NOTE: No spices whatsoever, so bring those). Maybe be prepared with the necesseties if you do decide to book here :)
