LIVING AREAS

The stylish living area is outfitted with a sleeper sofa, love seat, 38” flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. Sliding doors open to the private balcony.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances.

When you’re ready to eat, gather at the dining table with seating for up to six. The kitchen bar has additional seating for three.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

The master bedroom offers a comfy queen-size bed, 38” flat-screen TV, and direct access to the private balcony. The en-suite bathroom contains a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed with twin-size top bunk overhead, as well as a desk with a computer monitor.

The guest bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy views of Dillon Reservoir and the surrounding mountains from your private balcony, complete with gas grill and seating for four.

On-site community amenities include two clubhouses with swimming pools, two hot tubs, and a sauna.

THE LOCATION

Dillon is the perfect place for your ski getaway! Six major resorts are within easy driving distance: Copper Mountain (10 minutes), Arapahoe Basin (15 minutes), Loveland (20 minutes), Breckenridge (30 minutes), Vail (35 minutes), and Keystone (10 minutes).

Just 15 minutes away, Frisco Adventure Park offers tubing and the Frisco Nordic Center provides miles of scenic cross country ski trails.

Head into Dillon for a hearty meal or walk to Ice Castles (0.5 miles) to take in stunning ice sculpture and lighting displays.

In the warmer months, enjoy sailing or paddle boarding on Dillon Reservoir. Walk to Dillon Marina (0.3 miles) for lessons and rentals. Take an evening stroll through Marina Park (0.3 miles) along the water’s edge. Bike the 18.4-mile Dillon Reservoir Loop, a 5-minute walk from your unit.

Hit the links at The River Course at Keystone (4.5 miles), Breckenridge Golf Club (11.5 miles), or Copper Creek Golf Course (12.5 miles). For local hiking, try the Tenderfoot Mountain Trail (1.5 miles) or the Dillon Nature Preserve (3 miles).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
