March 2024 Trip
We enjoyed our stay at Aspen Grove Lodge, the location is close to town but still secluded so you feel like you're in the mountains. 10 - 15 minutes to Copper Mountain is hard to beat!

Highly recommend
This is a roomy, well-appointed, comfortable home. The whole family (6 adults and two children) fit comfortably. Everything is designed to make guests feel welcome. Thanks for having us😊

Could be amazing with some attention to detail!
We LOVED this house, it's in a great neighborhood. At this price range the following would make it a better experience: The bed in the loft and the pullout could be upgraded The king downstairs, the bedframe is very squeaky There was no soap (hand or bath) and the paper towels and toilet paper both were cheap The kitchen towels were OLD and dirty looking. There was only 1 newish one. The hot tub was NASTY! Had a weird color and was slimy feeling. In the check-in instructions, it said someone cleans it every Friday -- that was not the case when we were there! One of the major reasons we picked this unit, so big bummer. We are use to working with smaller, local property management companies. The fact that VACASA wouldn't let us check-in even 5 minutes early is crazy! We stood out in the cold until EXACTLY 4.

Getaway
Everything was great except the hot tub. It was dirty, smelly and jets never worked. One of the reasons we chose this property was the hot tub. Huge disappointment.
