You'll have breathtaking views from this two-bedroom, two-bath penthouse in the tallest building in Ocean City. Three balconies (two direct oceanfront and one bayfront) provide the chance to see serene sunrises and spectacular sunsets. This unit has been updated and redecorated to make it the perfect beach getaway. The living room features a large sleeper sectional sofa for plenty of seating and a large flatscreen TV if you can tear yourself away from the views. The dining room is family-friendly, with additional bench seating. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a flatscreen TV, and the bayside bedroom also has a twin sleeper chair. The balconies are also newly furnished, and you can enjoy your view and sip your coffee or favorite drink from the bar-height table and chairs or cushioned love seat. Other in-suite amenities include a private washer/dryer, free WiFi, access to a ground-floor beach locker that contains several small beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, and an umbrella.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out.
The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October.
The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
