About this property

Holiday house Balkenvilla Kolberg / Heidesee / Brandenburg

You can expect a cozy cottage in log house style with a living space of 70 m² on 2 floors for 5 people. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms and a balcony.
For our youngest guests we have a travel / extra bed and a high chair.
In the living area there is the spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area, fireplace, TV, WiFi, and a large bathroom with shower.
The large terrace invites you to sunbathe and relax.
The house is located on a 1700 m² plot of land with a parking space south of Berlin.
Kolberg invites you to experience the region from the water with its own beach and boat harbor. The port has a slipway, so you can easily launch your own boat with the trailer. From here you can be in Berlin in about 5 hours. There are 2 water ski facilities in the vicinity. The distance from the house to the port and the beach is about 1 km. Our location and surroundings are also a popular destination for cyclists with lots of nature and the Spreewald nearby. It is about 40 km to Berlin.

Ein schöner Urlaub im Grünen
Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub mit der Familie. Das Häuschen liegt wirklich sehr abgelegen, da hat man echt seine Ruhe. Da können die Kinder auch mal laut werden, es stört niemanden. Einziges Manko waren die um diese Jahreszeit sehr vielen Mücken, die es uns Städtern manchmal recht schwer gemacht haben. Aber dafür gibt es ja Mittelchen aus der Drogerie. :-)

Traumhäuschen in der Natur
Sollte man ein Burn out haben, ist diese Unterkunft das beste Medikament, wieder zu entspannen. Ruhe und Erholung sind hier inkludiert. Sauberkeit wird großgeschrieben. Sehr nette Vermieter. Als Ausflug ist das Mieten eines Floßes bei FlussFloß in Storkow, Seestraße 24, zu empfehlen. Auch Cottbus mit dem Fürst Pückler Park ist traumhaft.

Schickes kleines Waldhäuschen
Kleines schick eingerichtetes Häuschen und ein sehr zuvor kommender Gastgeber. Für unsere gewünschten Aktivitäten musste leider immer das Auto her, mit den Rädern war die Gegend nur über längere Umwege zu erkunden. Aber alles in allem ein wirklich angenehmes Fleckchen Erde

Wir haben unsere Tage in der Balkenvilla genossen. Es war alles wie beschrieben, das Vermieterehepaar sehr nett und wir konnten dank super Wetters sehr abwechslungsreiche Ausflüge in die Umgebung oder nach Berlin machen. Sehr empfehlenswert, grosser Erholungsfaktor!

Sehr ruhiges Urlaubsziel, zum Entspannen hervorragend geeignet!
Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Das Netz der Fahrradwege ist großzügig ausgebaut und gut ausgeschildert. Man konnte sehr schöne Touren unternehmen.
