This is the cleanest vacation rental you will EVER find — Perfect for extended staycations or long term working assignnents.

The first-floor condo is in a prime Scottsdale/Paradise Valley location and is completely remodeled with very modern, tasteful touches. 9-foot ceilings, crown molding, wood-look plank tile, and tasteful, modest appointments make this unit feel spacious and welcoming. Neutral, modern decor is complemented by the inundation of natural light and a peaceful, quiet location with serene views. Dedicated covered parking is just steps from the front door. The unit resides on the backside of the complex, away from any city noise and with exquisite views of Mummy Mountain and plenty of lush green space.

As you enter, you are greeted with simple elegance. Enjoy all completely new amenities including memory foam mattresses, a fully stocked kitchen, high-speed internet, smart TVs, new furniture, and plush, fresh linens. Literally, everything you need for your extended stay is conveniently available throughout the unit.

The master bedroom offers a new queen-sized bed and mattress, a large walk-in closet, and a master bath with a huge, zero-threshold shower. Guests will enjoy a full-size bed and full bath/shower combo in the large second bedroom/bathroom. Both bathrooms have granite countertops and tiled walls and floors.

The kitchen is appointed with stainless appliances, a smooth cooktop stove, a microwave, and all the cooking and eating necessities you need including, Keurig and traditional coffee makers, a toaster, new flatware, silverware, serving utensils, and upgraded cookware. The granite countertops provide a touch of elegance. The generous cherry cabinets provide ample space for all your cooking ingredients -- a place for everything.

The dining and living room space has an open concept and is very spacious. A quaint kitchen table and four chairs can expand with the portable table and chairs found in the guest closet, seating up to 8 guests. A leather couch/chaise combo opens into another full-size bed and the desk offers a quiet workspace flooded with natural light so you can keep up with tasks while enjoying the sun.

The back porch faces a large green belt with mountain views whispering "good morning" as you enjoy your coffee and soak in the quiet and serene environment. Consider a swim in the community’s heated outdoor pool or perhaps a quick workout in a state-of-the-art fitness facility with cardio equipment, weight machines, and free weights. If you are more of an outdoor person, enjoy the adjoining walking/biking paths within steps of your back door. Or one of the dozens of golf courses within just a few miles. Restaurants, shopping, parks, and attractions are truly just moments away from this prime location. Spring training games, TPC Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale Quarters, the Botanical Gardens, the OdySea Aquarium, Butterfly Museum, Musical Instrument Museum, casinos, and sizzling nightlife are all a quick trip from your front door. Your host can provide recommendations on local attractions at your request.

Your safety and security are a priority for us. The community has 24-hour security surveillance cameras in all common spaces, including the carport and pool area and the front door and back porch of the unit. We also strive to be eco-friendly by making recycling convenient, providing reusable shopping bags, smart thermostat, and green cleaning solutions whenever possible and offer organic, Egyptian cotten linens. We service the unit ourselves and take immense pride in its cleanliness, modernness and livability

Very Thoughtful Hosts and a Clean and We’ll-appointed Place Made for an Enjoyable Stay
Trying to find a place when one’s traveling companion is in a wheelchair can be challenging, but the hosts, Kelly and Pam, made everything easy and even went to the extra effort of installing a handheld shower head in their tasteful walk-in shower to better accommodate us. This is certainly the cleanest place we’ve ever rented: no dirty floors that blacken feet, no refrigerator full of suspicious condiments of the ages and no old and dusty linens to which the washing machine is but a distant memory. Everything seems to be purposely arranged with cleanliness and comfort in mind. A watershed behind the property makes for tranquil scenery and even became a lake full of geese for one day after a heavy rain. Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Fry’s and Walgreens all being about a mile away and Sprouts, about 2.5, was a big plus for us. Last, but not least, the responsiveness of the hosts was wonderful.

Welcome to our completely renovated condo in the heart of Scottsdale/Paradise Valley. There simply is not a better location in the Valley of the Sun--truly 15 minutes to everything (hiking, downtown, spring training, TPC, shopping, night life). Surprisingly quiet, yet very accessible, we have carefully created an open, light and modest home away from home in this property where you have everything needed for a stay-cation with the ability to work remotely. We take great pride in the cleanliness and comfortableness the condo provides and will ensure your extended stay is a memorable one.
