Rules for Dog Friendly
We accept under strict conditions and only with our authorization.
๏ Additional fees: $100 per pet per stay or $200 per month for long-term stays.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Mandatory: the dog must be spayed or neutered.
๏ Your dog must be “housebroken”, must not climb on furniture, or access rooms at any time.
๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up after the dog at all times, failure to do so will result in a charge.
๏ Guests must vacuum at the end of their stay. (Floors, couch etc.)

Security deposit
There is a security deposit to be held on your credit card during your stay. It is automatically released after your departure if there are no complications in the establishment. Thank you for your understanding.
