The Schoolhouse Duplex is a Fully-Appointed Extended-Stay property. This newly-remodeled Duplex offers guests, who are looking to stay for a month or longer, a home away from home. Just two blocks from town - the location could not be more convenient. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms - kid and dog friendly!

The other side of the duplex is our vacation rental

One dog allowed, $250 non-refundable Pet Fee will apply

One off-street parking space available in back alley

Just a short 2 block walk to town

All bedroom linens are included
All bathroom towels are included
Kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals

Cancellations: A 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.

House was great but…
House and location were great but they advertised a patio and yard. Dirt and weeds and no chairs and an empty propane for the bbq. Ice maker was broken. No A/C as advertised. If you rent this place take pictures and video of everything inside when you get there. They claimed I did $800 in damages which is ridiculous. What they claimed was actually impossible. I’m challenging the claims.
